Guest Access:
Guests have private use of the entire home and private dock, with parking for up to 5 cars depending on size. The home is directly off N. Lumina Ave, a block from the beach. Check-in instructions are sent before arrival.

2. Elevator is reliable but not guaranteed.
3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
6. **All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true service animals. $200 per dog for any non-service animal (2 pet limit).
