Guest Access:
Parking for up to 5 cars depending on size. This home is located directly off of N. Lumina Ave and is a block from the beach.

2. Elevator is reliable but not guaranteed.
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. **All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals. $200/per dog for any non-service animal coming to stay (2 pet limit).

When to book & When to go:

• Summer time is high season in the Southport area. Book your rental in Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would at home.
• Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
