Inside - you will have a huge gourmet kitchen, three balconies with water vistas, sizable bedrooms and roomy living areas on the main floor.

Ideal for two families or one enormous family.

Guest Access:
Parking for up to 4 cars depending on size. This home is located directly off of N. Lumina Ave and is a block from the beach. Take advantage of supplied beach bicycles, a cooler, a beach cart, and additional beach accessories.

The Neighborhood:
Ride one of the complementary bicycles to eateries like Tower7, Shark Bar and Adapt Kitchen. If you brought your boat, you can cruise over to Fish House or Dockside for dinner.
