Elegant, 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom - brand new home!  This home has an inverted floor plan to maximize the best vistas Holden Beach has to offer.  Three of the bedrooms have King beds with connected baths, and the 4th bedroom has a Queen/Queen Bunkbed with close access to the bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have their own TV's. Unwind in your own private pool, savor the innate beauty our island has to offer from the covered front and back decks or chillax in the sitting room and read a book if you’re not a pool, beach or tv person.  1040 Break has it all!  

The home has a residential elevator to help with assistance of carrying your bags between floors.  This makes unpacking a breeze!  Please follow displayed rules and instructions.

The well-appointed kitchen features a gas range/oven, refrigerator, constructed-in microwave, and dishwasher.  Upstairs living area features enormous screen TV.  The natural light is opulent and the decor is beach chic. There is all new furnishings throughout this delightful home.

After a great day on the beach or at the pool, you have an enclosed private hot and cold outside shower for those who would rather appreciate as much fresh air as they can. 

Just a short walk to the beach access.

Bed Linens (Beds in bedrooms only, Beds made on arrival), Towels and Bath Mats are supplied for all units. 

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as swimming and other activities like golfing.

How to get the best rental value:

  • To book the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, tours, and activities.   • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
