Bedrooms #1 is located upstairs with a king bed, TV, private balcony, two closets, and enormous private bathroom with a impressive walk-in shower, and huge spa tub. Bedrooms #2, and #3 are located downstairs offering a queen bed, and a full / full bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle bed (linens not supplied) ideal for the kiddos! These two bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom. In addition, there is a queen sleeper couch and a twin sleeper couch in the living room (linens not included).

This pool is open year round. Hot Tub available for use March - August. Pool heater may be available March - November upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
