This alluring 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath town home has an ocean or sound view from every window and has been meticulously refreshed with comfort and convenience in mind. The main floor features an open floor plan that guides you into the gorgeously equipped kitchen, the heart of the home. A master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom, and its own deck are also located on the main living floor of the home.

At the top of the stairs you will find a conveniently placed laundry room, the additional living area with spectacular vistas of the waterway and ocean, and three additional bedrooms. To the left of the stairs is the second master bedroom with a huge king bed, private bathroom, ample closet space, and its own private deck! Just across the hall there is a bunk room with a queen bed and additional twin bed that is utilizes the close by hall bathroom. This floor also has a “grown-up bunk room” with two full beds and its own private bathroom making this room ideal for kids or couples!
