After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the unique, enclosed outdoor shower located underneath the home. Take your meals outdoors for poolside dining, in the shaded area underneath the home, complete with ceiling fans and outdoor lighting for your cozy enjoyment. Savor a dip in the private saltwater pool, with new PVC decking, or lounge in the sun...poolside. You will appreciate the new aluminum floating boat dock and gangway (boat lift is not available for guests use), with fast & convenient boating access to the Intracoastal Waterway. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units
