Close enough to downtown for convenience, yet far enough to avoid the hordes.

You’ll find cookware, spices, a blender, Brita pitcher, dish soap, trash bags, and a Keurig with refillable pods. We also provide shampoo, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, a kid booster seat, and a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. (Please bring your own coffee—either K-cups or grounds.)

The property is setup for 6 adults or 8 total people (including kids). We have a King Bed in the main bedroom. The other bedrooms have a Queen Bed, Full Bed, and Single over Single Bunk (best for kids/teens).

**Occupancy**
This home is ideal for families or responsible adult groups. Max occupancy is 6 adults or 8 total people including kids. No outside visitors without prior written approval.

**No Parties / Be Respectful**
We do not allow events or loud gatherings. Please be respectful of our full-time neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Savor the amenities, just keep it considerate.

**No Smoking or Vaping Indoors**
Smoking of any substance is not allowed on the property. Vaping is allowed outside only. Smoking indoors can result in up to $7,000 in costs and immediate eviction without refund.

**Pool Safety**
A pool comes with inherent risks. As the person booking the property, you are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and for all persons using the pool during your stay. It is your responsibility to make sure the pool safety features are adequate, properly enabled and in working order. When you book this property, you are agreeing to follow all included pool rules and to use the pool and pool area at your own risk.

**Bikes, Scooters & Games**
Bikes and scooters are available for use, but we cannot guarantee their condition. Please inspect before use. Likewise, some game equipment may need to be repositioned and used carefully. Use all equipment at your own risk. As the person booking the property, you are responsible for all persons at the property during your stay.
