• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT supplied.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.

Pet Fee:
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $150 pet fee is supplied as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-returnable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals allowed.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be completely housebroken.
• Dogs are not allowed on furnishings or linens.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules. Unapproved late check outs will incur a $200 fee.
• No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Only stainless steel cleaners may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
• Visitors must be approved by the host.
• Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.

• Summer time is high season in Carolina Beach. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a special rate.
• Property managers typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. • Walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a terrific stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
