This newly refreshed duplex has just the right amount of space for any family looking to get away. Savor ALL NEW furnishings and decor including new beds and linens! With so many activities at your fingertips, your days can be spent boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just observing all the sea life the ICWW has to offer. For bigger groups, check out the next-door unit and rent out both sides to savor all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer together.

Parking instructions:
Availability for 2-3 cars depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

**Construction is taking place next door Monday thru Saturday 8 am- 6 pm, this may impact noise levels in the vicinity during these times.**

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Animals must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Booking websites typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
