Unobstructed vistas of the Intracoastal Water Way will delight you upon arrival. Once entering you will be happy to find an inverted floor plan where all of your family time will be spent marveling in the expansive vistas of the charming Holden Beach. Clean, coastal vibes resonate throughout this home. On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full size laundry room. Bedroom 1 offers a Queen bed and shares a hall bathroom with Bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed and shares a hall bathroom with Bedroom 1. Bedroom 3, ideal for the little ones, offers a Twin over Full bunk bed and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4. Bedroom 4 offers a Queen bed and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3. You will also find a secondary sitting area located on the 1st floor where you can appreciate some rather time while reading a book or taking in the spectacular scenery.

On the second level you will find an open kitchen/ living/ dining area with ample space for the entire family to gather. If you savor cooking meals together, playing games or watching the sun set from the screened in porch this home is ideal for you! Located on the second floor you will also find the Master Bedroom which boast privacy. Offering a King bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, garden tub and a double vanity. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
