"HAVEN BY THE SOUND" This majestic home is the masterpiece of grandeur and elegance! Located on the Intracoastal Waterway with its own private boat dock (with kayak launch), 16' x 40' private saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and so much more! This charming home will soon be your new favorite place for sophisticated living on the waterway! "HAVEN BY THE SOUND" offers 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths, and is complete with a cavernous sitting area on each of the three levels, two master bedrooms, and spectacular vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway!
On the ground level you will find a living room furnished with sectional seating and a TV, as well as a heated/cooled garage with a ping pong table and refrigerator, along with a full bath. Take the grandiose staircase or use the elevator to access the next two levels. The second level living room comes complete with a queen size sleeper couch (bed linens not included for sleeper couch). You will discover 4 bedrooms on the second level, with 3 of the bedrooms having private bathrooms, while the "trundle/twin bed" bedroom shares a bath. One of the bedrooms on this level is a master bedroom. The laundry room is also located on the second level.
Imagine cooking scrumptious meals in the gourmet kitchen, everybody dining together in the offset dining area, or gathering together in the enormous sitting area by the fireplace on the upper level. On the upper level you will also find 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The master bedroom on the upper level includes a hottub tub. You will appreciate the diversity of having a separate living room, dining room, kitchen, and study complete with computer access, on the upper level. You will savor watching yachts and boats as they cruise the ICW from the privacy of your waterfront balconies on each level. Rinse away the sand and sea after your day on the beach in the outdoor shower with hot & cold water (shower not enclosed). Unwind and relax in the hot tub or take a dip in the saltwater pool to cool off. Take in some of the most captivating sunsets that Holden Beach has to offer! With all of the amenities supplied with this alluring home, "HAVEN BY THE SOUND" is sure to be your favorite vacation home!
The owners have also supplied 4 Beach Chairs & a Gorilla Wagon at the property for your convenience while supplies last, but not guaranteed.

Note: Boat lift on dock is not available for guests use.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
