The open-concept living and dining area is brightly lit and welcoming. A comfortable sectional and armchairs located across from the huge flat-screen T.V provide the ideal place to gather together and savor a favorite movie, and the huge dining table seating eight stands ready for family dinners or game nights. The adjacent kitchen is entirely outfitted with all the cookware needed to prepare your catch of the day–or more standard fare snared from the close by grocery store.

Just outside the side entrance door, you’ll find a roomy screened porch as well as access to the fenced backyard. Parlor in the egg chair or gather around the table for lunch under the shade and protection of the screened porch with a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable.
