New for 2026: A new open kitchen with quartz countertops enhances the light and vistas throughout the home. The 1st floor powder room was also converted to a full bath, with a bespoke-tiled shower. The bathroom has direct access to both the front hall and the bunkroom. This makes 3 full bathrooms.

No need to worry about expensive beach parking. Bird's Eye View is only 200 steps to the beach.

This 3rd-row vacation home is located on the peaceful West side of Oak Island with elegant vistas of both the ocean and salt marsh. The home includes a cavernous two-story family room filled with natural light and plenty of seating for everybody to relax after a day in the sun.

You’ll savor cooking in the well-equipped modern kitchen complete with dining area or on a propane grille looking out over the marsh on the back deck. No matter where you are inside or out you will have the ability to slip away and appreciate a striking and relaxing lookout.

The bedrooms are carefully spread around the home. The primary bedroom (Queen) is tucked away on the main floor, offering privacy and includes a new (2023) ensuite bathroom and enormous closet and window seat. A bunkroom is located on the same floor with direct access to a full bathroom. Hidden behind a barn door on the main floor is a comfortable den and desk/monitor setup overlooking the back deck and marsh; ideal for both peaceful remote work or as a kids getaway, reading or just calming.

The upstairs guest rooms share a new bathroom, with a extravagant soaking tub (and shower) located off the hallway. The King bedroom has a private Oceanview sitting room and flat screen tv. The Queen guestroom has access to the private rooftop deck overlooking the marsh with comfortable Adirondack chairs for your morning coffee or to watch pretty sunsets.

After you’ve appreciated the sun and surf at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water and then relax on the front deck with vistas of the ocean or back deck with vistas of the marsh. Parking under the home and on huge driveway is available for full family and guest use. No need to deal with OKI's parking restrictions. (Please do not park electric cars under the home.)

We've invested in High-Speed internet for our guests. The four TVs are "intelligent" or include Roku or Firesticks so you can log in to your favorite streaming programs with YOUR log-in credentials for Netflix, Disney +, Prime Video, Hulu, Paramount+, DIRECTV Stream, YouTube TV, Spectrum Streaming, Max, etc., etc. or even your Gaming systems.

But most of the time you'll be outdoors! Supplied for family fun are outside / beach accessories, such as beach chairs, an umbrella, corn hole boards, firepit, etc. A ping pong table is setup in the garage for team play! There are also a couple of bicycles for your use.

The home sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms (including a bunkroom with a twin over full bunkbed plus twin trundle).
