The center point of the home is a enormous center island with enough seating for 6 and pretty granite kitchen with white coastal cabinets. Top of the line appliances, and a entirely supplied kitchen await. To the right is a impressive living room with granite fireplace and walls of windows overlooking the ocean. To the left is a dining room, card and game area with constructed in cabinets and tons of space. All rooms open onto a humongous half moon deck overlooking South Beach with unobstructed vistas.

Downstairs, you will find 4 huge bedrooms, and 2nd living area/flex area possible 5th bedroom and a wrap around covered porch. The Master suite will spoil you and features a King bed, bespoke constructed in closet, and giant master bath with glass walk in shower and tile. The other 2 guest rooms feature a Queen Bed and a King bed. And the kids room features 4 twin beds. The living room offers a comfortable futon couch, 2 chairs and sizable flat screen TV which can be closed off for privacy flex space or a 5th bedroom. Across the hall is also a wine bar with constructed in mini refrigerator.

The garage offers tons of storage with one four passenger golf cart and one six passenger, body boards and beach chairs. There is a BHI golf access Club available, and a Shoals Club available at an additional fee.
