Inside you will find a reverse floor plan with many bespoke appointments and constructed-ins. The center point of the home is a enormous center island with enough seating for 6 and handsome granite kitchen with white coastal cabinets. Top of the line appliances, and a completely outfitted kitchen await. To the right is a impressive living room with granite fireplace and walls of windows overlooking the ocean. To the left is a dining room, card and game area with constructed in cabinets and tons of space. All rooms open onto a humongous half moon deck overlooking South Beach with unobstructed vistas.

Downstairs, you will find 4 huge bedrooms, and 2nd living area and a wrap around covered porch. The Master suite will spoil you and features a constructed in Queen bed with storage underneath, bespoke constructed in closet, and giant master bath with glass walk in shower and tile. The other 2 guest rooms feature a Queen Bed and a Double Bed. And the kids room has a constructed in bunk bed, desk and play area. The living room offers a comfortable couch, 2 chairs and sizable flat screen TV. Across the hall is also a wine bar with constructed in mini refrigerator.

The garage offers tons of storage with one four passenger golf cart and one six passenger, body boards and beach chairs. There is a BHI golf access Club available, and a Shoals Club available at an additional fee.
