When to visit & When to reserve a Southport rental home:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Wrightsville Beach. Booking in Fall or Spring months is a great way to save on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
