- In the summer season, daily units are only available for booking within 7 days of the arrival date and require a 2 nighttime minimum.

- Storage area located under building. Owner leaves a key in the unit, located in the drawer under modem. There is also a key in the master key box at IRC.
- 2 Car Parking only. Campers and trailers of any kind are not allowed.
