Four TV's with basic cable, living room TV is streaming ready, high-speed internet. Ocean view covered porch with furnishings, private beach access across street with gazebo, seasonal pool and hot tub on premises along with bicycle racks, cold outdoor shower and grilling area. Master suite with private bath, standalone shower, hottub tub, ceiling fans throughout. Nightly units available off-season only. Off season monthly units available. Formerly: Sea Ya There.
The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Yaupon Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation.
