Ocean view covered porch with furnishings, private beach access across street with gazebo, seasonal pool and hot tub on premises along with bicycle racks, cold outdoor shower and grilling area. The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
