This home offers everything on one floor so you don’t have to worry about stairs. There are 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper couch. Private master suite and keyless entry. Interior newly modernized with new/refinished floor throughout. Full size washer and dryer. Located 250 yards from direct beach access and no main roads to cross. Close to Oak Island Pier. Home is umbrellaed by mature live oaks and is within walking distance to stores, pier and eateries. Wilmington is only 45 mins. away and Myrtle is an hour away. Fiber internet. YouTube TV through Apple TV. Outdoor shower with cold and hot water. Plenty of outdoor seating. No smoking. Animals accepted upon approval .
