Appreciate the island life in this elegant 3 bedroom home. Entirely equipped kitchen, dining table seats 4 with breakfast nook seats 2. Cavernous living room with enormous flat screen Roku TV. Brand new LVP floor throughout. New sectional couch! Gorgeously landscaped fenced in back yard. Master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen Roku TV and en suite bathroom, as well as private exit to humongous back patio. Second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Third bedroom has twin beds, and full size bed ideal kids room. Minutes from beach access and handsome breathtaking walk over the canal. Well mannered, potty trained family pets welcome. We want you and your family and friends to have a calming, delightful, care complimentary vacation.

When to book & When to go:

  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Summer is high season in Oak Island. To find the best value, change your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Hosts sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.

  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
