Upon arrival to The Sweet Escape you will find a striking, brick ranch home on a peaceful cul de sac street in a low-traffic neighborhood that's ideal for morning walks, outdoor relaxation and an evening walk to both Mayfaire and The Forum, two of Wilmington's Premier Lifestyle centers with dining, retail shopping and a Regal Cinema! Surrounded by splendid, mature landscaping and a entirely fenced back yard, this home is ideal for kids to play or pups to roam the back yard and garden, all while being just 3 miles from Wrightsville Beach!

Inside, we aim to focus on comfort throughout a warm, inviting interior! We have three bedrooms, featuring comfortable beds with high thread count, 100% cotton sheets (One king bed & 2 queen sized) We have one full bathroom & a half bathroom with adjoining washer/dryer. Our living room features a 65 inch intelligent TV along with a new leather couch and swivel chair. We also have a step down den set up with new couch, two chairs and a desk / chair duo that has its own exit to the back yard. We also have a 43 inch intelligent TV in the den and a pocket door that can keep the kids video sound out from the other room!

We offer a completely equipped kitchen with all sizable and modest appliances. If you have any particular specialty item for the kitchen that you may need, please inquire and we will make sure to have it for you. We have dual coffee options, so you can use pods or appreciate a full pot with a ground coffee option if that's your preference! The kitchen also leads out to our patio that is set up for calming by our handsome garden / grille area and the fire pit (we provide firewood & kindling upon request) The back yard is fenced in for your modest kids & pups safety and we have newly added overhead lighting features to enhance the outdoor ambiance, highlight the appeal of the garden area and offer the ideal setting for evening conversations and photo ops on this spanning corner lot!

Along with a carport for rainy days and shade, there is also paved, additional parking with room for an RV, boat & trailer, etc. (Municipal boat ramp is just under 3 miles away).
