This striking home will soon become your favorite getaway because the vistas here are astounding!  Located in the very relaxing and highly sought-after Caswell Beach area, you will be surrounded in natural beauty and wildlife.  From any of the comfortable covered porches, you an savor your morning coffee and experience the serenity of the Intracoastal Waterway from the back of the home or pretty Atlantic Ocean vistas on the front of the home.  Vistas to be adored from every direction, even a view of the Oak Island Lighthouse just down the street!  Not to mention, your beach access is only three homes away!  This home is one of the most beautiful on Oak Island and Caswell Beach, as during the filming of Boys of Summer, a certain lead actor was in residence here.

Inside, you will adore the reverse floor plan with an open concept great room, formal dining area, and kitchen on the top floor, boasting sizable windows to maximize those broad vistas.  The top floor also features a generous size master bedroom with bespoke constructed-in work desk and enormous walk-in closet, roomy en suite bathroom with double vanity and a no threshold bespoke tile walk-in shower with bench, a half bath just off the great room, and a laundry area with sink.  The chef in the family will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, convection oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and more!

• Summer months are the most expensive season in the Southport area. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance. • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
