On the bottom floor, you'll find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a second living area/den. The top floor features a master suite with a enormous private bath, along with the living/kitchen/dining areas and impressive ocean vistas.

The entirely equipped kitchen has a generous peninsula with a sink, granite countertops, and upgraded appliances and lighting. The living room overlooks the ocean and has plenty of books and games for the whole family to savor. There's an an outside storage for beach accessories, along with an outdoor shower. There is plenty of parking underneath, along with a park-style (charcoal) grille for outdoor grilling if you want. There is also enough parking for a boat underneath the home.

The backyard features a saltwater pool with plenty of seating for your family and friends and a huge fenced in yard for your family pets. The pool deck is covered with Kool Deck, which is a heat reducing surface product, keeping it cool even during the hot summer months - so it's safe for bare feet.
