Bedrooms and bathrooms off to each side of center living area. Bedrooms are very roomy. New windows with screens allow for beach breezes to flow through the home. Huge front deck with a nice flow from deck to center Hall room. 4 rocking chairs, benches, and picnic table on front deck. Back porch off the kitchen door for simple access to new BBQ grille set up and back yard area.

The parking area under home is cavernous – with much room in driveway also for more parking. On rainy days this can be used for game time like corn hole. There is a picnic table downstairs and a big hammock that you are guaranteed to fall asleep in. Wonderful breezes from the ocean that will rock you right to sleep.
