Beach Simple is a charming single family rental home in Ocean Isle Beach that is ideal for the ultimate family vacation. A lot of thought was put into the design and decoration of this home which offers a reverse floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room upstairs to maximize vistas. Upstairs you will also find a master suite with a king sized bed and private bathroom, another bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full bathroom accessible from the living area.

Downstairs there is a second living room with a foosball and shuffle board table, another master suite with a king sized bed with private full bathroom, a bunk room with 3 bunk beds (6 single beds total) and full bathroom, and a 5th bedroom with a queen sized bed and full bathroom. Also on this floor you will find a half bath and laundry room.

On the ground level, there is a half bathroom and additional refrigerator in the hallway leading the backyard. There you will find a nice Tiki bar with sink and mini refrigerator, which overlooks a enormous shining saltwater pool and spa. The spa heater is on a timer which will heat up within 10-15 mins., and is a great way to relax in the evenings. You can watch the outdoor TV from the bar or while floating in the pool. Besides the pool and spa, there is a gas grille as well as a sizeable backyard ideal to play cornhole and other games to keep you busy when you aren't at the beach!

There is an elevator on the ground floor that accesses every level. Kitchen amenities include a Keurig, blender, mixer, crockpot, and a toaster, In the garage, there are 3 bicycles, plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. Come see what all Beach Painless has to offer! This home is turnkey and ready for your next family vacation!

The pool and spa are open year round however, there is an optional fee of $150 a day to heat the pool between mid March and mid October. If you want to heat the pool, it can only be heated for your entire stay only (you can't pick and choose what days you want it heated) and fee must be paid in full at least a week prior to your check in day. Sorry, no refunds can be given for weather, or any other reasons. Guests are not allowed to adjust the temperature or tamper with the pool equipment.

In the peak season (Memorial Day- Labor Day), we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. In the off-season, linens and towels are an optional fee at the time of booking. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Pool and or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool and or spa.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in notebook). User error will result in a service charge. No kids allowed in elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 28 years old.

If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 28 years old

Find your best deal:

  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Book your vacation in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at departure. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
