Please take note that Pelican Watch is currently under construction.
Due to the ongoing project numerous areas are closed.
However, the beach front of the Building has not been, and will not be, altered.
The Indoor pool and Hot tub will remain open during the entire construction process.
The front parking area has been fenced in for the construction. There may be times that the only access to the entrance will be by foot.
There is bountiful parking across the street.
The building is undergoing the process of installing new stairwells. While under construction two temporary emergency Stairwells have been erected.
One, on the North end, is located outdoor the building. The South end temporary stair well is inside.
These Temporary stair wells are ONLY to be used in a case of an Emergency when the elevators are shut down.
Please use additional caution around the base and all the entrances to the stair wells.

There may be times the construction noise is disturbing to everybody. The construction will only be during working hours.
In case of an emergency, weekend work may be necessary.

Beach Time at Pelican Watch, Unit 905 is an sea front ninth floor unit in an elevator building with new appliances and many new updates including; painting, new carpet, flat screen tv in living area, all bedrooms have flat screen TV's/DVD's and also has wireless internet for your appreciation during your stay. Located in center of island close to shopping and eateries. Fantastic vistas from generous outdoor space with access from living area with queen sleeper couch, flat screen tv/dvd and master bedroom with king and flat screen tv/dvd. You also have a thoroughly supplied kitchen, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, flat screen tv and 3rd bedroom with bunk (single over double) and flat screen tv. The complex has an outdoor pool, indoor pool and grilling area. min. occupancy is 8 w/ sleeper couch and max. 2 cars. Parking for max. 2 cars across the street.
