This condo is in a home located on soundfront ( Banks Channel) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a king bed in the master, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and Twin beds in the third bedroom .The brand new kitchen has granite countertops and is entirely supplied with all pots, pans, cutlery,dishes,microwave,dishwasher,coffee pot, refridgerator/freezor. There is a storage room for rafts, surfboards, bicycles, beach chairs,etc. The unit has a laundry room with additional bath that is for rinsing off after a day at the beach. This unit can be rented along with the sound view unit(Vacation Rental By Owner#286431) if you are traveling with a enormous group or other families that you are visiting with. It is very kid friendly- you can walk right out to the beach or across the street to the private pier. It is a 2 block walk to town w/ retaurants, groceries, ice cream and shopping.
