• Must be 25+ to book and provide valid photo ID
• All instant bookings must verify age and guest count within 48 hours. Guests need to send a picture of their photo ID to the host as well as be verified on Vacation Rental By Owner.
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no third-event bookings)
• Max occupancy: 8 guests
• No additional visitors allowed
• No events
• No family pets and no smoking (strict due to allergies)
• Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 fee and removal from property
• No candles allowed
