The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Fort Fisher State Recreation Area and Kure Beach.
