OCEANFRONT condo with 4 separate beds for comfortable sleeping. Very gorgeously decorated and It is a short walk to the boardwalk where all of the eateries are located. Wood dining table on the deck for a glass of wine or eating dinner at sunset. There is a full size W/D in the unit. Pet friendly (for $100 or $150 for 2, let me know if you have 2 dogs) Linens(sheets and towels) are $60 additional. If you would like to bring your own please let me know after you book and I will send you a $60 credit. I ONLY RENT WEEKLY FROM JUNE-AUGUST. In the summertime I run a dehumidifier to keep the humidity down in the condo and that needs to be emptied daily.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions.   • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.
