THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer! This gorgeous home is located within walking distance of center of town with stores, putt putt, eateries, ice cream, and more! It is the ideal spot to savor a coastal calming vacation. Callao is an oceanfront property with spectacular vistas! You will have a private beach access which includes an outdoor shower.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes completely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 7 cars. There is a private pool, private beach access and outdoor shower (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details) Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living area. The first floor has a roomy kitchen entirely supplied with everything you will need to appreciate a meal by the sea. This includes 2 full sized fridges! To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille and six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make check-in smooth!
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be supplied for all 7-nighttime stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

Pool heating is an additional $100 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Get the most from your spending budget:

  • Booking your Southport vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental.   • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
