You are renting two fresh and clean duplexes side by side, just a stone throw from the beach.  Six bedrooms are carefully located in separate areas of the home for max. sleep-time privacy for a sizable family staying together but not in each other's hair. With two kitchens and two living rooms, everybody can come and go at their leisure, which makes it ideal for running back and forth to the beach or the Carolina Beach Boardwalk as much as you want: it is so close!  When you are ready to come together for an oyster or hot dog roast, we upgraded our two back yards with an adjoining gate so that you can pull the outdoor picnic tables together.

Each Side Contains the following:

Private driveway for ten cars (Size Dependent). Golf Carts Accepted - Outlet in Garage. Garages are for additional storage-do not park guest cars inside-Bikes are for guest use.

Independent door to back yard: patio, entirely fenced yard, propane grille, picnic table, outdoor shower

Kitchen: Generous center work island with Quartz countertops, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, counter seating for 2

Front Porch off kitchen: Settee, coffee table, side chairs

Living Area: couch, loveseat, soft drink ottoman, credenza, wall mount Intelligent TV

Half Bath

Primary Bedroom Suite: king bed, dresser, wall mounted Intelligent TV, ensuite bath

Primary Ensuite Bath: bespoke tile shower, double floating vanity, toilet



Parking: Private Driveway for up to ten cars. Do NOT park on the grass. No RVs, boats, or trailers are allowed to park on the premises.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.



Guest Access:

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities 

No smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pet Policy:

Up to 6 Dogs Accepted (3 per side MAX). The first dog is supplied in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, appreciating the ocean vistas, or enjoying a beverage by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

Getting Around:

Sea Coast Input: Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).



Carolina / Kure Beach is effortlessly navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for cars, bicycles and golf carts. Renting bicycles and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and discover the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.



Savor a day trip from Fort Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry, then wander through the town’s quaint streets filled with unique antique stores and eateries!
