Leisure R's is beach bungalow extraordinaire & 1 block from the ocean, with fabulous Atlantic vistas. This home has a Crows' Nest where you can overlook the whole ocean while you are having your morning cup of coffee or your evening beverage. Family Animals and smoking are not allowed. Leisure R's sleeps 10. Two bedrooms with queen beds and two bedrooms with bunk beds and one single. Four parking spaces. A very welcoming space; home away from home!

Find your perfect vacation home:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Ocean Isle Beach. Booking your Southport vacation home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Some things to know before you go:

  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of issues.
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would at home.

  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good feedback to propel more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation rental. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
