The lockout bedroom has 2 double beds, private bath, dresser, 42" Roku HD TV, modest refrigerator, separate air conditioning unit and has it's own separate entrance. Recent updates 1/2025 include new vanity, mirror, lighting & tile floor in lockout bathroom. New laminate floor 1/2023, pantry cabinet in kitchen 1/2022. kitchen granite countertops, sink, faucet, tile backsplash & tile floor 1/2020. Full kitchen along with a dining table & 6 new chairs (6/21). In the living room there's a new 65" Roku HD TV (5/24), newer couch, loveseat & recliner (6/21). Sunset Beach is a peaceful golf and beach community located a short drive from Myrtle Beach. For the golfing enthusiast there are 16 golf courses within 10 mins. of your front door. With every additional mile you'll find many more courses to challenge every level of golfer. There are many waterfront dining options serving the freshest seafood right off the local fishing boats. There's something for the entire family from mega miniature golf courses, entertainment complexes such as Barefoot Landing & Broadway at the Beach.
