A fast walk and you will find tons of great food, sights, and fun, and the beach access is also a short distance at Halstead and Ocean Blvd. New for 2024, a sizable fenced in backyard that is great for your furry pals!

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home features cute coastal decor throughout and an inverted floor plan to maximize the vistas and natural light. The two levels of covered street-side decking allow you to appreciate the ocean breezes and vistas. On the first level, you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a flatscreen TV for entertainment, and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a cavernous common area with an open floor plan to include the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a half-bath for convenience. The dining table seats 8 and there are also 6 seats at the enormous kitchen bar. The kitchen features a fun backsplash and a unique red stove, completely equipped for all of your meal preparations. There is even a modest desk area for gamers or those working while on vacation.

The huge, fenced-in backyard is ideal for your furry friend to play or to savor evenings by the gas grille playing corn hole! Prefer cooler weather? Visit this alluring home in the off-season to enjoy a less busy beach strand and then comfortable up by the gas logs for a charming sunset!
