Guests appreciate two master suites, multiple great rooms, kids' areas, and ample seating for everybody. The ocean-side pool is exclusively for FINS guests, complemented by four covered porches, four sundecks, rockers, picnic tables, charcoal and gas grilles, and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. The property offers 14-car parking and direct access to the beach.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87–88°F and can maintain a temperature 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if outside temperatures are below 55°F and are unavailable June–August.
