Booking both FINS to the Left and FINS to the Right opens up a enormous 5,200 sq. ft. duplex ideal for multi-family vacations or huge groups, accommodating up to 28 guests through the connecting door. Guests appreciate two master suites, multiple great rooms, kids’ areas, and ample seating for everybody. The ocean-side pool is exclusively for FINS guests, complemented by four covered porches, four sundecks, rockers, picnic tables, charcoal and gas grilles, and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. The property offers 14-car parking and direct access to the beach.

Supplied With Weekly Units:
- Beds are made upon arrival — this home comes ready for bed for a anxiety-complimentary start to your vacation
- Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats supplied for weekly units only
- Welcome Amenity Bag supplied with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit
(Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.  Absolutely no family pets or smoking allowed on this property.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87–88°F and can maintain a temperature 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if outside temperatures are below 55°F and are unavailable June–August.
