Booking both FINS to the Left and FINS to the Right opens up a sizable 5,200 sq. ft. duplex ideal for multi-family vacations or enormous groups, accommodating up to 28 guests through the connecting door. Guests appreciate two master suites, multiple great rooms, kids' areas, and ample seating for everybody. The ocean-side pool is exclusively for FINS guests, complemented by four covered porches, four sundecks, rockers, picnic tables, charcoal and gas grilles, and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. The property offers 14-car parking and direct access to the beach.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87–88°F and can maintain a temperature 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if outside temperatures are below 55°F and are unavailable June–August.
