First floor: Garage and home entrance. Bedroom has full size bed with connecting full bath.
Second floor: big living room, and thoroughly supplied kitchen. Outdoor dining room on porch, seating for 4 at kitchen island. Bedroom has twin bunk beds with twin trundle. Full bath.
Third floor: Master suite bedroom has queen bed and massive bathroom with double sinks and walk-in spa style shower. Sprawling covered outdoor space with sea vistas, smells and sounds. Smaller back covered porch as well.

This phenomenal side by side tri-level home is located on a peaceful safe street that is an simple 1-1/2 brief blocks to the beach (one min. walk even with modest children).
