This handsome second-row home features seven bedrooms and seven baths on two levels with a reverse floor plan to enhance the view from the main living areas.

On the main floor, two of the bedrooms have a king bed in each, one bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have a king in each, and one bedroom has a a set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a double on top, and a set of bunk beds. All bedrooms have private baths, and TVs.
Conveniences include a full size, private pool, an elevator to all floors, enclosed outside shower, ground level tiki bar, central heat and air, washer and dryer, two dishwashers, microwave oven, two fridges, and secured Wi-Fi. You're just steps away from the beach. There's a enormous dining room table, and an additional modest table in the dining room, as well as five stools at the kitchen island. You can savor your morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the marsh.

When to visit Ocean Isle Beach & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in the Southport area. To book the largest rental within budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
