Plenty of amenities like coffee machines, tea kettles, new tvs. You will LOVE the balconies overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, calming, people watching, and being able to appreciate the bustle from above.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Downtown Wilmington, a neighborhood in Wilmington. Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park and Cape Fear Museum of History and Science are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit The Cotton Exchange and Independence Mall.
