Spectacular oceanfront home with private pool on the gated west end of Holden beach. This home has everything you need to complete your ideal oceanfront vacation. Private heated pool, elevator, ping pong, shuffleboard, 2 fridges, 2 living rooms, Intelligent flat screen TV's in every bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms, gas gril, outdoor shower, covered and uncovered porches, and extraordinary vistas!

The main level has a sizable well-supplied kitchen with 2 fridges, a drip coffee maker & a blender. The kitchen is open to the dining room with enormous table that seats 8 and has additional seating at the island overlooking the living room and oceanfront sunroom. There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a huge bathroom on this floor, as well as a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 5 more bedrooms, 4 with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 with 2 full beds, all with their own Intelligent flat-screen TV, another ocean front deck, and a second living room with Intelligent TV! Downstairs there is a ping pong table, shuffleboard, gas grille, and private walkway out to the oceanfront pool with loungers and plenty of pool deck to soak up the sun. You can also access your private ocean-front walkway out to the beach from the pool deck, or main level of the home. *Please note the fireplace is for decorative use only!*

The pool is open year round, however, the pool heater will only heat the pool when the average air temperatures are somewhere around 55-60 degrees. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-85 degrees April - Oct depending on air temperatures. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the air temperatures.

Don't hesitate to book your vacation today as the home books quickly with repeat renters and is on the charming peaceful gated West End of the island where there are wide sandy beaches and dunes.

In the peak season (Memorial Day- Labor Day), we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. In the off-season, linens and towels are an optional fee of $250 the time of booking. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in notebook). User error will result in a service charge. No kids allowed in elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 28 years old.

If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 28 years old

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Planet Fun and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Tips and Tricks to get the perfect Holden Beach rental home experience:

Sticking to your budget:

  • Summer time is high season in the Southport area. To get the best value, consider changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Southport area travel guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself.   • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers bothering your peaceful home. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Many rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
