At our home, the beach is your backyard. Come with your volleyball net, corn toss game, horseshoes, baseball, etc and have fun on the beach. Kickback on the outdoor space and watch the fun! This home has everything you will need to relax and savor your holiday. It has modern decor with open floor plan. Your family will have plenty of room to watch tv, eat dinner and just relax. The two bathrooms have showers, one bathtub and hair dryers. New master bathroom ceramic shower and Vanity 2020. The outdoor shower is just steps away from the sand with hot and cold water. Waterproof Laminate floors in bathrooms and wood floors throughout home. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and one bedroom includes bunk beds and the 2nd bedroom has a single and queen bed. New bunk beds July 2018. All beds have comforters, bed pad and pillows. *WE DO NOT give linens, guest will have to bring their own sheets and bath towels.
This home is kid friendly! Childrens table and chairs, some sand toys. Oak Island’s splash pad, open during summer. Guest will need to give their own beach chairs.
Oak Island has great fishing with charter boat services. Plenty of eateries and fast food chains close by. Food Lion and Publix is located 3 miles from this home and is open 24 hrs in summer. Super Walmart is located in Southport. Redbox DVD units are located throughout the island. Miniature golf, Oak Island Golf Club, parks, community center and many fun activities throughout the island.

Our home cleaning policy will continue following strict guide lines from CDC. All cleaning will continue with a Clorox solution on all surfaces throughout. All bathrooms and kitchen will be wiped down thoroughly with an antibacterial cleaner. Floors are steamed tidy with a disinfectant solution. We give antibacterial hand and dish soap. Clorox wipes (when available ) included in bathrooms.
With this said, renters must do their part and tidy up after themselves! Wipe down counters and bathroom fixtures after each use with Clorox wipes.
Renters must give their own linens and towels as before. Rental company information supplied - see attachments.
