There is a covered porch overlooking the ocean with benches and rocking chairs. In addition to a sundeck there are painless to climb steps with landing, down to the beach. Extensive enclosed outside shower/dressing area with hot/cold water, outside shower and ample parking. Ocean Isle fishing Pier is 6/10 mile down the beach!

Walk to Town Center Park ! Kids's playground area with swings, sliding, hobby horse, jungle gym, interactive fountain, bocce court, hi-top tables w/chairs, bathrooms, benches, bicycle racks, Museum of Coastal Carolina and 300 seat amphitheater & Green space. Ferry Landing Park on Shallotte Boulevard at the East of Island, with waterway vistas & fishing. Zip lining & swamp adventures on Shallotte River features longest zip line course on our coast and swamp boat tours.
Ocean Isle is within 15 miles of 30 or more golf courses and tons of great eateries. Only 15 mins. from the Seafood Capital of the World - (Calabash, North Carolina) and 2 miles from our local airport! Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time 10 am.

The Ocean View was constructed in 1965 and approved by local building standards and codes.

House name: "Ocean View" There are no roads, power lines or other properties between the home and beach. The Ocean View is oceanfront!
