There is a newly stained covered porch overlooking the ocean with benches and rocking chairs. Freshly stained porch with bench on street side. In addition to a sundeck, there are simple to climb steps with landing, down to the beach. Giant enclosed outside shower/dressing area with hot/cold water, outside shower and ample parking. Ocean Isle fishing Pier is 6/10 mile down the beach!
