Appreciate gorgeous sunsets year-round from the four-season sunroom or the adjacent deck. The two-car garage is outfitted with beach chairs and toys for the short 325-step walk to the private neighborhood beach access.
Outdoor amenities really set Island Time apart, featuring a pool (option to heat the pool available for an additional fee), poolside bar, and a pier with floating dock—ideal for kayaking and other water activities. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water completes the outdoor experience.
