Nothing is more fun than soaking in the local scenery and salt air by golf cart! Also, located only a block away from Starfish Villa are the Carolina Beach Greenway and Mike Chappell Park! This park is an amazing recreational facility for adults and kids alike! The park offers: a playground, skatepark, basketball courts, tennis courts and baseball/softball fields.

This home features beautiful architectural windows, gorgeous cathedral ceilings and a balcony to appreciate the beach sunsets. This property provides a fenced in rear yard with patio and an enclosed outdoor shower. The ground floor offers two cavernous bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds (full over queen) and the other a queen bed. Both bedrooms have intelligent TVs mounted and provide closet space for both clothes and bags. Also located on the first floor are: a sizable full bathroom with tub (great for the kiddos), family room with Intelligent TV, garage access and outdoor patio access.

The second floor is comprised of the master suite with a queen bed, dual sinks, huge shower and a walk-in closet. The master also provides balcony access. The great room features a dining area, 65” intelligent TV, linear LED fireplace with shiplap mantle and balcony access. Adjacent to the great room is a gorgeous half bath/powder room. The great room is open to a entirely equipped, gourmet kitchen. Savor your favorite libation by the fireplace or take it out to the balcony and savor the handsome sunset and vistas Carolina Beach has to offer.
