Summary:
At Island Treasure you will be able to catch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your balcony and the beach is just steps away from your private beach access! Unwind in the living room while taking in the view from wall to wall windows of water vistas! Appreciate the cavernous 3B/4B home that is decorated both attractively and comfortably! Wonderful location close to eateries, shopping, coffee stores and more! You'll have a great time and a calming vacation at Island Treasure!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Guest Access:

this is a duplex and is completely separate and private from the unit above it. This unit is the entire first floor and half the second. THere is an elevator.

The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo

-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

About the Area

Carolina Beach is home to this vacation home. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

When to visit Carolina Beach & When to book:

• Summer months are high season in the Southport area. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property management companies typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.

• Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would at home.
• Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did you have a excellent stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
