JUST BEACH HAPPY is a brand new 2nd ROW home with mesmerizing vistas! It is just steps away from the Ocean Crest PIER and the Island Way restaurant. Come savor some of the BEST fishing on the island or indulge in your favorite seafood dish at one of the FINEST dining establishments on the island. YUM!
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has incredibly cavernous rooms throughout and is ideal for any family. The kitchen, dining, and living areas boast an open and inverted floor plan with FABULOUS vistas of the ocean. Two master suites and a third bedroom all have direct access to the front porches to step out and appreciate the phenomenal ocean breezes. Rockers and chairs are plentiful for all to enjoy! Each of the master suites has its own private, walk in, elegantly tiled bathroom with multiple shower options including a rain shower experience.
With 3 KING beds, 1 QUEEN and a twin over twin bunk bed, you can be assured a very restful sleep on the new luxury beds. The kitchen is completely equipped including traditional coffee maker (not a Keurig) as well as a NINJA blender for all of your beachy drink needs. Is a southern STEAM POT on your agenda? No worries, we have that covered as well!
Each bedroom as well as the living room has an additional huge flat screened intelligent TV with internet and cable. Also included is an xl washer and dryer in the first floor laundry room.
Leave the sand outside in your outdoor shower next to a seating area after a FUN day at the beach or fishing. Also available is a gas grille for all of your outdoor grilling needs.

We appreciate Oak Island for it’s simple going feel and friendly people. The beaches here are rarely busy and pet friendly! One very unique feature of Oak Island is that it is a South facing beach which accepts for extraordinary sunset AND sunrise vistas! Once you visit, you will always return. Just Beach Happy is the ideal home for you to relax and enjoy your vacation! ;~)

You have many ways to get around the Island. Car-Bicycle-Golf cart-walk. Oak Island is a modest community and everything is super close that you may need! We hope you enjoy your stay at Just Beach Happy!

WARNING of BUNK BED RISKS. A bunk bed has an inherent risk of fall as it requires climbing to reach the bed. Kids should not be left alone in a room that contains a bunk bed. Only one person should be allowed on the top bunk at a time, and there should be definitely no horseplay on or under the beds. To prevent strangulation, never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that are not designed for use with the bed; for example, but not limited to, belts, hooks, jump ropes and towels.
