For those who appreciate to savor the outdoors, it has 3 balconies - the top 2 which have vistas of the Ocean. The fenced in back yard is covered with master turf, with a grille and dining table which is ideal for family dinners. The Aqua Swim Spa can be used as a pool for you to swim in during the day or as a spa for you to relax in during the evenings. There is a washer and dryer as well. The private elevator comes in very handy when you are loading in your bags and supplies.
The location is ideal! You can park your car and walk to everything. The home is located 3 blocks from a beach access that has a lifeguard tower and parking for golf carts and bicycle racks. The famed Carolina Beach Lake Park is 2 blocks away. The park features a walking path and new playground, In the summer there is a farmer's market on Saturday mornings and family appropriate movies on Sunday evenings. The boardwalk is 4 blocks away and features amusement rides in the summer along with fireworks on Thursday evenings.
You will find the home well supplied and very comfortable! The ideal place for a multi-family vacation or couples gathering with plenty of parking and room for all.
