Tequila Sunset is located in the beautiful gated Riverside community on the east end of Sunset Beach and is framed by a tidal canal from the bay on one side, and the Intracoastal waterway on the other. This luxury getaway is certain to keep you returning to vacation at Sunset Beach every year! Intelligent TVs throughout home for guest to log into their preferred streaming apps. $200 returnable elevator deposit is required for elevator access. Garage is for owner use only. Dock is tidal. Pool can be heated for the entirety of your stay for $100/day, excluding November through May. Disclaimer: This property has exterior security cameras.
