THE LOCATION

Keepin' It Reel is located within a short 3 min. walk to the beach and has impressive ocean vistas from both decks!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes completely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation! Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private salt water pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower. Pool heating is available for an additional $70 per day (see below for more info). Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, the second floor has a enormous open living area. This home is very roomy. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Please do not use any fire pits or deep fryers at this property. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. This home is pet friendly, please see the policy under the important information section below.

Pool heating is an additional $70 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.

Pet Friendly Rental:
Keepin' it Reel is a Pet Friendly Property for a $350 non-returnable pet fee. You can bring up to two family family pets under 20 pounds. Homeowner Approval is required. Any pet left unattended must be crated and cannot be left outside. No pets are allowed on the furnishings or beds. No pets are allowed in the pool. You will be charged an additional pet fee if these rules are not followed. Please e-mail us a copy of your pets most refreshed vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the property without approval, an additional fee will be applied to your stay. Please send approval information at least 1 week in advance of your stay date. *NO dogs under 1 year old*

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

When to visit & When to book:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Southport restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.   • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific time? Most rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
