Keepin' It Reel is located within a brief 3 min. walk to the beach and has gorgeous sea vistas from both decks!
UNIT DETAILS
This unit comes thoroughly supplied with all the luxuries you will need to have a comforting and calming holiday! Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private saltwater pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower. Pool heating is available for an additional $80 per day. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, the second floor has a huge open living area. This home is very big. The elevator makes this home handicap friendly. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this unit includes a propane gas grille. Please do not use any fire pits or deep fryers at this unit. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $80 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of renting or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this unit due to the safety hazards they pose.
Pre-approval is mandatory for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Unit inside or outdoor. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.
This home is pet friendly, please see pet policy below.
Pet Policy
Keepin' It Reel is a Pet Friendly Unit for a non-returnable $350 pet fee. You can bring up to two dogs and cats under 30 pounds each. Each pet must be under 30 pounds. Homeowner Approval is mandatory. Any pet left unattended must be crated, and can not be left outdoor. No family dogs and cats are allowed in the pool, on the furnishings or beds. You will charged an additional pet fee if these rules are not followed. Please e-mail us a copy of your dogs and cats most refreshed vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the unit without approval an additional fee will be applied to your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICYYou may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The price of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total renting price. Standard Trip Insurance can be bought up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The price of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total renting price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be bought in the period of two weeks after your renting has been made.
