About this Property

Lazy Lea 3 is a great place for your next holiday! Great home located on second row with a brief walk to two separate public beach accesses. One public access is handicap accessible. Our home is also a brief five min. walk to the playground, Museum of Coastal Carolina, eateries and stores.

Guests can savor vistas of the sea from the back decks or vistas of the canal on one of two decks on the front of the home. Enough outdoor space space to relax and soak up the sun!

As you enter our home, family room includes huge TV with Roku and basic cable. Enough space for visitors to relax and a queen sleeper couch is available.

Kitchen includes plenty of dining space. Table with six chairs. The kitchen also has six barstools for dining. Stove and refrigerator were replaced in 2021. Kitchen has pots, pans, preparing silverware and some spices available so you can stay in and appreciate a alluring meal together! Coffee pot can brew a full pot or individual size.

Full size washer and dryer located off of kitchen in hallway. Washer and dryer were replaced this in 2021. There is also an ironing board and iron available.

Two bedrooms are located on the lower level that share a full bathroom. However, each bedroom has its own water closet. The first bedroom includes a queen sized bed and access to a private outdoor space. The second bedroom has a bunk bead- single on top and full size on bottom. Access to a private outdoor space. Both bedrooms have a intelligent Roku TV. Two air beds are located in the closet.

Upstairs includes three bedrooms. Bedroom with king size bed, TV with Roku and private bathroom. Bedroom with king size bed, TV with Amazon Fire Stick and private bathroom. Bedroom with bunk beds (two twin beds) and trundle bed (two twin beds). Bedroom has Roku TV. All upstairs bedrooms have access to
private decks.

Home can accommodate 15 visitors if the queen sleeper couch is used. King bed (2 visitors), King bed (2 visitors), Queen bed (2 visitors), Bunk lower level (3 visitors, 2 in full bed, 1 in twin), Bunk upstairs (2 visitors ), trundle upstairs (2 visitors), Sleeper couch (2 visitors). We also have two twin size air beds in the closet located in bunk bedroom on main level.

Storage is available underneath home. Additional refrigerator is located in storage area. Gas grille is available.
Beach chairs, sand toys and bicycles are available to use. We are a brief walk to the beach but recommend renting a golf cart. There is golf cart parking at the public beach access.
