Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Wilmington. Reserve your Southport rental in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
