*Outdoor amenities include the use of owner-supplied pool towels, floats and toys, beach wagon, enormous cooler, umbrellas, and ten Tommy Bahama beach chairs.
*Features a self-closing elevator and multiple decks with broad seating.

*Custom designed to fit your entire event in one space ~ 3rd Floor open concept area overlooks the ocean and includes: breakfast bar with six stools, sizable 12-person dining table, a 70 inch Intelligent TV, and seating for the whole family on our upsized U-shaped couch.
*Extensive game room with Queen Sleeper Couch and Wet Bar ~ Includes 65 inch Intelligent TV, Golden Tee and Ms. Pac-Man Classic Arcade Cabinets, wall-mounted Connect Four & Tic-Tac-Toe games, Air Hockey Table, a “Vacation Library”, and loads of card and board game options.
